Then its just a matter of resizing, refitting, and re-lining up all of the elements on the new template\model to make it look like what you were "converting", or rather transferring the original layers from.

Unfortunately, there is no convcievable way to do a conversion at the press of a button, but it can be done. It will just take some work.
Alot of work, time & most of all....patience.
