Rob,
Here is a short tutorial on how to use the car physics converter from MasGrafx:
1. Double-click the file named "Modify Car Files" to open the converter program.
2. Navigate to the folder on your hard drive that contains the car files you wish to convert (what I've done is to create a folder in WinXP's My Documents folder called "cts cars" for converting the original Cup physics cars from here at SRD to CTS physics so that I can use them with the CTS physics version of the ss.net COT mod).
3. On the right-hand side of the program screen, click the button marked "cts" to convert the car(s) you've downloaded to CTS physics.
4. If you have just one car to convert, highlight the car file and click the button marked "Modify Car Files." If you have several car files that need to be converted, click the check box marked "Modify All?," and then click the "Modify Car Files" button.
5. For the ss.net COT mod with CTS physics v1.04, copy the newly converted cars here:
C:\Papyrus\NASCAR Racing 2003 Season\series\cotcts\cars
Hope this helps.
James
