Issue:
Some customers may encounter a problem where the game controller appears to have lost calibration. Symptoms of this issue include
Solution:
If the device appears to be uncalibrated, simply disconnect and reconnect the game controller to the port. It is very important that when you reconnect the device the joystick(s) remains centered. If that doesn't work, try the Clear Calibration Utility (PC Only). The game controller calibration information is stored in the Windows registry and it is possible that the information is corrupt. The Clear Calibration Utility will remove this information so that the calibration information can be re-written to the registry. Please note that all calibration information will be removed including non-Logitech game controllers. This means you may have to recalibrate all controllers connected to the system. To download the Clear Calibration Utility, please go to the Logitech Downloads page and select your product.
