Default Help with Max9 demo...  
I've just downloaded the demo and have installed it. I have all the latest net framework and java that is required.
My system, while old by todays standards, is enough to run max according to their specs.
When I try to open max, I get an error message stating, 'unable to initialize'.
Can anyone help me with this.
BTW, I also have max 8 and am able to run it with no problems.
TIA for any help.

This and some other things came up in a google search. Google max 9 and your error to read through it.
