Default how can you speed up a render?  
i did one of the new cts 2007 mod in 500x375 it took 19 minutes i have a 3.2 ghz machine on xp pro with 1gb of ddr ram usually i can do that render in 2 minutes on cup and cot

You can turn of the reflections and spec glossiness that speeds it up alot, and turn off any processes it dont need to free up memory
