The file you posted is only 600x600, which is why the render is a bit blurry... for best render results, post at least a 1024x1024 flat.

Did you paint this on a 600x600 template? Looks like you just enlarged the 600x600 flat which will not improve the render any. If you painted this on a 1024x1024 template then be sure to save it at 1024x1024 and post it.
