I have recently used an ATI HD4830.Awesome video quality,not so great drivers.

I have an NVidia 9600GT on the internet computer that passed their test on the lower side.Have had no issues with it at all.Good card.Can be had for under $90 iirc.

I've got an NVidia 9800GTX on the NR2003 computer now that I like.Also no problems so far.Big double slot card though.About $120.

NewEgg has 9800GT's for under $100.Even the HD4850's are not much over $100 these days.

I think I'm going to step-up to a GTX260 Core 216 next month myself.

Research NewEgg a little.Just make sure your mobo and power supply can take the new card.
