1.) Save the flat as a .tga
2.) Put the .tga file in the "exports/imports" folder in the C:\Papyrus\NASCAR Racing 2003 Season folder
3.) Go to the Opponent Manager
4.) Create a new car
5.) Click on the "Import" tab
6.) Choose what paint scheme you want to import
