Downloads

All registered users now have access to the downloads section. The 5 post rule for viewing and downloading files has been removed. All other rules are still in place.

Thank you to everyone for the feedback regarding our new rules. There will be more added later on this subject, including a new section for "premium users" that will have more permissions than others to view and download what we would call our "premium downloads"
