SimRacingDesign.com has decided to bring you these forums together for the purpose of continuing support and enhancement for the NASCAR Racing Sim that we love so much. We do not and will not allow posting of derogatory statements regarding any of the companies represented here in these forums, while we, or you, may no longer agree with their business operations, we will still support their ventures in their own gaming designs and arena's.

The Basics

• No defamatory statements!
• Watch your language!
• No Pornography!
• No discussion of any illegal activities. This includes piracy ("wares").
• You're allowed one (1) user account only. Creating another account to get around a ban will cause the new account to be permanently banned and an extension on your previous banning.
• No promoting of your personal website or a website you are a "crew member" at. Posting your work and asking for feedback is what the showroom forum is for, it is not a platform to spam our boards and to pimp out your website.
• You may post links to your personal website, but not in a way that you are spamming our boards. eg: "New car up for download at www.whateversite.com." Having 1 thread and updating it telling everyone where your cars are and showing them off is fine. Making a new thread every other day saying "come here and get it" is not fine. Doing this continually will get you an infraction and a p.m from one of the staff members.
• If your first post is obvious spam, you will receive an instant permanent ban.

Banning Policy

Three strikes and you're out for good! You will be warned only 3 times for any of these violations in our forums. After your third time you will be banned from SimRacingDesign.com.

Hot Linking Images

Do not hotlink images directly from Jayski! You can download them and then post them, but do not link directly to his website. Jayski has been nice enough to us and has let us know not to do this in the nicest way possible. If it continues, I am afraid he won't be so nice the next time. Nor will we. So please pay attention to this rule!!

Signature Images

You are limited to one image which MUST be 468 x 60 pixels or smaller and MUST be smaller than 100 Kb. Images must be uploaded to the site. Image BB Code is not allowed.

Your image must fit in this box:

New Members

All new members must have a total of 5 posts to access the features we offer here at Sim Racing Design.

For example users WITHOUT 5 posts cannot access the following:

1. SRD Image Hosting
2. Allowed only 10 p.m's before your box is full.
3. Cannot upload avatars or custom avatars.
4. Cannot use signature images or a signature.
5. Cannot use the Request forum.
6. Cannot use the 3ds Max fourms.
7. Cannot use the Online Racing forum.

Users WITH 5 or more post have access to the following:

1. SRD Image hosting with new features such as 5 upload slots and a total of 100 images.
2. Allowed a total of 100 p.m's before your box is full.
3. Can upload avatars and custom avatars.
4. Can upload and use signatures.
5. Can upload and download attachments.
6. Can access the Request forum.
7. Can access the 3ds Max forum.
8. Can access the Online Racing forum.
9. Will be recognized as a "Sim Racing Design Member" found under your username.

The reason for this? Basically what we are trying to do at SRD is create a community for people to enjoy. Meaning, if you would like to enjoy the features we have here at SRD, you will be an active member at our website to do so.

This is not meant as a punishment to the users here at SRD. What is is however is a "promotion" so to speak for members that are active and participate at SRD.

Spamming to get your post count to 5 will not be tolerated. You will be warned 1 time for this. You second offense is a 1 month vacation. Your 3rd offense is a 6 month ban. 4th offense consider yourself on permanent vacation from our website.

Posts made in the announcement forum or rules forum do not count to your post count.
