Hey Guys,

A member from SRD is getting back into his racecar and could use our help to get his car back out on the track. So he came up with an idea to have SRD sponsor his car if he can get enough donations to get him back in the saddle again.

We are going to attempt to do a SimRacingDesign.com fan car of sorts. This way, members of SRD will have a chance to help out a fellow racer.

Flat-Out Motorsports races locally at Newport Speedway near Bristol, TN as well as Lonesome Pine Raceway in Coeburn, VA. They may also attempt the Legends race at Bristol Motor Speedway in August if things come together in time.

Although we do not have a set goal, the amount of money we raise depends on where we get our logos advertised.

If we are able to raise $300, SRD will have a logo positioned on the hood of the car for the entire racing season.

If we are able to raise more than $400, SRD will have logos positioned on the hood as well as the sides of the car.

If we are able to raise more than $500, SRD will have logos positioned on the hood, sides, and rear deck lid of the car.

Finally, if we are able to miraculously able to raise more than $800, the car will be painted white to stand for the SRD colors. There will be logos on the hood, sides, and deck lid also.

Also, if we raise the minimum of $300, we will produce hero cards with the SRD’s logos and such. Right now, we are not sure what these will look like but once the time comes, we will post a little preview.

Although any donations will be accepted and deeply appreciated, we are going to give you a little motivation. For any member that donates more than $25, once we begin producing hero cards, we will mail you a free autographed hero card. For anyone that might donate more than $100, you will get your name printed below either the logo on the hood or the logo on the deck lid.
