Well... have the internet issue fixed on the laptop... still no XP. though lol
I'm coming back though... Sorry for the waste of a thread mods... Edit: Anyone know how to convert from Windows 2000 to Windows XP without opening up the ole laptop? There's a sticker here that says supports both types... If so, I bow down to you!  lol
