Default need 3ds render help plz  
i just got 3ds 9 and i jus need to know how to lay my paintjobs over tha templates i got so i can make some renders...please if anybody has any suggestions they would b greatly appreciated

ok now i figured out how to put my paint sceme on the scenes i downloaded...but for sum reason they are really grainy...and i still cant figure out how to get tha render after that...plz help

Well first, you're in the wrong section, but I'll still answer for you.

The reason it's grainy is either the template you're using is low quality or you need to save the file as big as possible. When I save the render as a JPG, I use the 100% quality. The image comes out at around 200k, but you don't see nearly as much grain as you would at say 85%. I also set smoothing to 5% as it helps even more without distorting the image.

For more help, I suggest posting in the 3ds max Help and Questions forum. You'll get a faster response and won't get scolded for posting in the wrong area .
