Default Hey everyone
I'm glad I joined this website who was nice enough to have this introductory board. Like anyone else on this board i like Nascar (My three favorite drivers are Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and Tony Stewart), Nascar games, and anything car related. I've had my copy of Nascar Racing 2003 Season for at least a month now and I've found many interesting mod's for cars, series, tracks, etc. I would create my own cars like many people do but i dont have Photoshop or Paintshop Pro. I do have questions ....

1. Can music be put in the game? I race better with music.

2. Are their any Nextel Cup versions of the tracks in the game that i can download with the Nextel Cup logos replacing the Winston Cup logos and the Sunoco logo replacing the 76 logo, or is there a mod that does that?

Hello carfanatic, and welcome to SRD!

As for your questions...

1. No, you can't put music into NR2003, but if you have a good enough computer you can run a media program in the background while you race without too much performance dropoff.

2. I know there is one to replace the Sunoco and Nextel signs in the default tracks, but you're much better off if you download the new versions of the tracks. Go here: Nascar Racing 2003 Tracks, Mods and Utilities. It is an updated list of all the tracks, mods, and utils, available for NR2003.

I hope I helped, and feel free to ask as many questions as you like. The only way to learn is if you ask.

Thanks for your help. I didn't think there was a way to put music into the game, i just wanted to be sure. Thanks for the link to the tracks.
