The race wasn't the most exciting race I have ever seen, but it was interesting. For one, Ambrose had a good run until McMuarry forced Ambrose to go too low and punt Montoya, and then gets punted out by Elliot Sadler.

I'm very surprised that the road ringers not named Marcos Ambrose did poorly, especially Boris Said.

ROWDY BOOSCH, as much as I hate him, actually drove nearly perfect en route to his first road course win, and started as deep as Montoya last year to win.

To me, the race is a 6/10. -1 for ROWDY BOOSCH winning, -3 for Ambrose being a victim of two seperate incidents, although the second one is totally not Sadler's fault.

I think the best road race ever was the 2007 Watkins Glen race.

IMO the only reason the 18 car won was because he was out front. Remember how good the 48 car was out front?

Yes, but when Jeff Gordon spun out I almost had a heart attack. LOL. Seriously though, when he spun out on the last lap I had never been more devastated since, well, 2004 Homestead. And of course... when the 48 car won rainy Atlanta (I think it was Atlanta) later on in the year with (IMO) an inferior car and pretty much sealed up the Cup with that victory a little part of me died that day. LOL.

what is with the 48 car lately? He'll dominate the first part of the race and then just disappear, been like that the last three weeks. Last year it was the other way around you'd never see him until the last 50 laps. Chad Knaus is working backwards or something.
