The Chevys are my fav so far among the COT Nationwide cars. I think that chevy looks like a Malibu. I don't think it'll go "pony up" but you never know. Maybe the Camaro would replace the Impala and the Challenger may replace the Charger who knows.

Default Nationwide Series New Models
1. I hate calling the models COT models, eventually they're not going to be futuristic so thats just stupid..

2. The Challenger has my pick - it looks old and new, and it's quite different than the funny-car-looking stock cars from 2004-2007 (before the newer Sprint Cup model)

3. The release of these pictures has me wondering why the sprint cup series had to make everything so complicated. The 2009 nationwide series models look simple yet solve the same problem(s) that needed to be solved in the cup series. Quite honestly the bumper and spoiler in the 09 nationwide series looks one hundred times better than the 08 splitter and wing combination in the cup series.

now my opinion probably doesn't mean much but i just felt like writing my two cents, after all that is what most people use forums for.. lol..

and yes, it would be nice to see a mod sometime soon. it's becoming quite difficult keeping up with all the model changes though. It was kinda nice when you could paint sprint cup, nationwide series, canadian tire series, corona cup, arca, etc. on the same model and get away with it - there was a lot more similarity. with all these newer models it's becoming more difficult to paint for a variety of series since the models are so specific. You just can't paint a canadian tire series scheme on a sprint cup model, or a sprint cup scheme on a nationwide model. sure you could do it if you wanted, but it makes it a fictional, not a real scheme.. guess the only solution is for people to make the mods, and im sure we'll see one no matter what models they decide to use. and i too like the fact they look more like production vehicles..

I hope Chevrolet goes with the Camaro and does it similarly to how Dodge has it's Challenger now, not the goofy modified front ends like Dodge's current Charger and Ford's Mustang NHRA Funny Car.

The Busch Series COT cars>>>>>>>>>>>>.....>>>>>>>>>>The Sprint Cup COT cars.

They actually look better than the Cup version....no wing/splitter and all.

The Nationwide COT does have a splitter. For whatever reason, the familiar braces seen with the splitter weren't there.
