I only really watch the Sprint cup series, and don't really pay attention to the trucks or busch. Its not that i dont want to watch their races, its more like i'd rather play video games or something else instead

Don't worry i don't think any of the series are quite what they used to be. I hardly make time for Nationwide or Craftsman Truck races but I find myself watching NASCAR Canadian Tire Series online, haha, the racing is just more interesting.. I do watch the Sprint Cup Series though, but that's just cause my favorite driver races in it - if he raced in the Nationwide or Craftsman Truck Series I'd watch those series.. NASCAR is different these days but it's still pumping in your blood no matter how long ago you started watching it, it's still NASCAR and somehow connected to your favorite era of it... you're fine.

Hay everyone has there favorit series I always liked the bush series till the last past years when all the cup guys run every race. That series was good in the late 90's you had the bush drivers winning and the cup guys ran part time and that was when they ran the junktion races or double dippers and it was competitive not one team or driver winning. I have nothing on any Sprint Cup drivers running but how can the next generation drivers get to prove themselfs. I like the Truck series the best they have more compition in it. The Sprint cup four teams (owners) that are in the the top every race and where is the underbudgeted teams? Sorry if this is affencive to some but thats how I feel its just what fans like.

Is it written somewhere that you must watch a certain number of races or series to qualify as a 'true NASCAR fan'?
