Well, probably not.
But anyway, here is my problem. I'm at work so I can't remember the exact specs, but here they are... I have an Emachine (which is my first problem. lol) VISTA (second problem) Its about 2 years old 1.5 gigs of RAM 300 GB HD (or something close, cant remember) Decent processor but not the greatest Nvidia 9400GT graphics card (just got about 2 months ago) Anyway, I am getting around 100-140 FPS all the time. But yet on a select few tracks (Rockingham is the only one that I have a problem with that came with the game but its mainly SOME of the tracks I have DLed) going into the corner, it goes into "slow motion" it seems. FPS doesn't drop, just like "lagging" along, but when I get on the straightaways, its fine. Thats really the only way I can explain it. If needed, I can get a video of this and post it. Didn't know if anyone else had this problem or knew of a fix. thanks guys

It happens when you get a really big change graphics wise.Traveling down the backstretch, let's say, there's not so much going on,but when you get to the corner, you're hit with signs, crowd, grandstand, and more cars in view.
You can try enabling vSync.Do it in the control panel of your graphics card.I guess a 9400 would have this option. It helps keep the big framerate changes from happening.Doing this has helped a lot for me.It still happens a little from time to time, but not nearly as often, and not as severe either. rich |

It should be the last line in your NVidia control panel 3D settings.Vertical Sync.
Set to Force on. If it's not there, you could try setting the vSyncMode to 1 in the rend_dxg ini. Seems like a 9400GT should have it,but am not sure.Pretty sure my 6800GS had it. My 9600GT and 9800GTX along with the HD4830 I used for awhile all have it. rich |

Turned Vsync on, with no luck. Actually made it worse. Any other ideas?
