Yep, one of the new feature of beta 3.3 is that the rims are on the template now (instead of using the same rim for all cars). So cars for prior version are not wrong, they are incomplete; they need to be updated to get rims. Some cars from the download here have already be updated and are clearly identified.
(If you go the other way around, you can put beta 3.3 cars in an earlier version, it will work; you simply won't see the rims, you'll get the generic one.) |

Ok, now I'm even more confused. I went to download Revision 3, named NNCMODB33.exe, but apparently I already downloaded that and installed it. So I must have the up to date mod and paintkit? The rims in my game are fine.

Well, you're confusing me too now!
If you have the last beta 3.3, some of your cars should look like the one Jason posted... Did you try removing the nnc folder from your game before installing beta 3.3? It might not update if you have a previous beta. |

Ok, I looked at my download history and I downloaded Revision 3 from SS.net (thought I downloaded it from here) and the Beta 3 Paint Kit. It says at SS.net that the last update to that file was on June 21st, and I downloaded it on June 22nd. I don't see any extra patches that I need to download, and the cars in game look great. Am I just special or something?

Ok i know this is my first post but i have a major issue. When i run the file it does nothing but install it into my series folder and has no effect on the game, it changes nothing. For some reason it doesnt put all the files where they need to go, so can someone tell me where each file is supposed to go?
