How do i make an outlaw carset with PTA physics. I tried the pitts modify car file program but you can not cross car shapes with it.

You need to convert the mod to pta physics too. You need to.. go back to The Pits, there's one (even two I think) very good tutorial about changing the physics of a mod. Basically you need to unpack the outlaw.dat file (the Papy tools are available at The Pits too), and change the file extensions of five files. Then the cars you've converted will work.
