NASCAR Thunder 2002 Conversion Set [Cup2000] 1.1

This update brings the car count to 86 overall with many of the special edition schemes from the game being converted to the Cup2000 mod, including the Looney Tunes schemes from Richmond II that has its own list file.

11 schemes from the 2001 season have been added as well to give us a full field of cars.
