because of the theft of the Outlaw Late Model mod no more Designs by Rioux mods will be released to the public! The OLM mod was stolen and converted to NSR and can be seen at the address below! Sad news now that one of the elite mod makers for NR2003 has withdrawn from the ring! The mod is called the OSCAAR mod and is definitely Rioux's property!

It is unbelievable to me that people would stoop to such levels. Rioux's work is great, and FREE to the people who want it...why would someone want to ruin that?
I just don't get it... |

It looks like they have more than just that mod that was stolen. It's pathetic, especially because I am sure that if they asked he would have let them convert it. A small group of idiots always have to ruin it for everyone.

I can understand Dennis`s frustration. Working so hard, putting all his good will.
I love their 90`s Cup mod and I think everyone was looking forward to see their 55`s mod. Then these people acting unethically. Perhaps diplomacy can do the trick. Dennis and the people at the other site can talk, get a peacefull resolution to make this world a better place. |

Denis & Bill have always and vehemently stated that "NO" permission will be given to convert their mods to any other format! That's pretty plain and straight forward language if you ask me!

That's just unbelievable to me that these people would stoop that low. One of the best mods Denis produced was the 1990 Winston Cup mod, IMO.
This is just as bad, if not worse, than the PDF file RPM-3D put up a few months ago accusing sites like SRD of using illegal models in their renders. What a terrible shame, indeed. James
