1. Make Your Own Bases...Meaning Having Knowledge in A Paint Program.

Depends. There are three options that I know of. there's Paint Shop Pro (PSP), Adobe Photoshop, or gimp: GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program

I prefer GIMP and that is also what Cheezypuff uses but it basically is personal preference

I would love to be part of the team but I cannot stay committed enough between family life and military life . I will still remain a huge fan of this site and hopefully be able to share some work here in the future, I love looking at all the other cars painted here, Great job everyone.
