Problems downloading
I'm having problems downloading cars for the new NNC07 mod. It keeps saying slow down you are trying to download files too fast and says to wait 28 seconds but the time doesn't count down and when I refresh it starts over again. It's strange because i have yet to download a single file from here. Any help would be appreciated.

After looking at your IP, I see that you are using HughesNet. For whatever reason the downloads are not working for HughesNet users (me included). I don't have any idea on how to fix the issue right now, but it is pretty frustrating.

Only thing I can tell you about the downloads is I have a 30 second time limit that a person can download files. Meaning, you download a file, you have to wait 30 seconds before you can download another.
I don't think it is a hughesnet issue, but maybe it is?

dont think it's a hughesnet problem i have centurytel.net dsl and get the same problem i'm going to download firefox to see if it's a internet explorer issue

I believe that it might be an issue with HughesNet's cashe server (the thing that makes websites load faster, or "Web Accelerator"). I was just able to download a file five minutes ago but I just went to try again and had the same problem. I've tried Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Opera on Windows as well as Firefox and Konqueror on Linux on different days and get the same issue.
It's not the only issue I've had with HughesNet and SRD, though. There are days when I try to come to the site with www. and all I get is a "DNS Lookup Error", yet without www. it works fine.

Here is the only solution I have found so far.
Use some type of proxy to access the site and download the files. I like https://www.stupidcensorship.com/.
