Default Post limit for downloads  
Kind of curious as to the reasoning behind the 10 post limit before users are allowed to access the downloads...I assume it is to get the people that come here to download to participate in the forums, but all it really does is clutter up the forums with people posting meaningless posts in order to reach their 10 post minimum. Just my opinion.

Hopefully they (you) will continue to, or want to post at the forums even though they (you) have access to the downloads.

The point being, this site was built to still serve the sim community along with, starting a community. Those that wish to continue helping us build a community will be a benefit to them for our future plans. Those that don't, won't benefit.

I won't get into what benefits those might be, but let's just say we have control over who can download what at any time and anywhere on this site. For example if lets say we decided to offer "premium" downloads such as hard to find files or that "gotta have it" file, those that contribute can certainly get this particular file, those that don't, well, get your 10 posts and be happy with what you get
