Anyone know of a good place for a setup pack for all the tracks?

idk about a pack...but NR2003 Setups at SetupSwap.com - Download Nascar 2003 setups! upload and download hundreds of setups from a ton of tracks!

depends on wat ur racing, on setupswap i always go with for cts physics the Ebert Motorsports setups they are the best, but for cup i used the AKM setups which are on their site, if u want i can send u the link

these setups are great, but idk how ur driving style is but for me i like to get out front and stay and these sets are perfect for me and are great on tires

Google setup guru, I can't remember the url. Their sets are among the fastest setups for nr2003.
