#18 car too low in post race inspection

#18-Kyle Busch, who missed making the Chase by just eight points, finished 5th in the Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. But the left front of the #18 M&M's Toyota was too low in post-race inspection, and he could be penalized by NASCAR this week, usually announced on Tuesday afternoons.

They'll get the penalty, but I doubt it was intentional... whatever it was didn't work to well...lol

IMO I think Nascar needs to let them work on the car... they need to take them out on a test session, and let the crew chiefs fire away.

He was good at the beginning and middle, but he was stuck in traffic. The 2 tire stop towards the end got him back into the race.

I was at the race and he was pitting in front of us!

Did they show on TV the #96 screwing up the #18 and a few others going into the pits at the beginning of the race?

Huh. Watching his arms and the car in 3 and 4, it looked good. Didn't push the front or slide the rear.

Maybe he said that to cover is azz at the beginning

When you are stuck in traffic, you generally do not have that good of car...

Penalty should and will be this year, more than likely cash, driver and owners points, and possible crew chief suspension...

Well, I'm upset. But, who cares, he's not gonna race for a championship, so it really doesn't hurt him at all I think.

He got the penalty...does it really hurt him? No.
Was it intentional? No.
but its over and time to move on and focus back on the drivers actually in the chase.

The penalty is expected. It was accidental coincidence that caused the post-race tech inspection failure in the first place.

In short, who cares? He's not in the Chase anyway.
