2003 Keystone Light logos and Number Font

I was wondering if anyone had the logos for Keystone light and the font for this number. I know it's not the best photo, but any help would be outstanding.

Number almost looks like the petty numbers.

I tried using the Petty numbers, but it just didnt seem to match up well.
