2007 Nissan Altima in Cup

Okay this is a work in progress. I found a Nissan Maxima template and have hijacked it honestly. I need to work to change the tail lights and it will be good. For now, a teaser. I changed the nameplate from Maxima to Altima on the nose. I also removed the sponsor from the side so Nissan is the sponsor ala DODGE!

The new Altima going for first in Turn 1 at the Glen.

This creation by the way comes from my recent purchase of a 2007 Nissan Altima SE. Nice car, smooth and quick. :notworthy:

That looks pretty sharp from the picture. I've had ideas rattling around in my head for a while about some templates that may be nifty to have in-game, but since I know jiggily-squat about making templates (namely the shading and highlights), I haven't pursued it.

The Altima was one. The Honda Accord was another. I can't imagine that those two marques aren't at least considering getting into cup, especially Honda, now that their arch nemesis is in the series!

BTW, does the SE have the 3.5L engine? Did you spring for the manual tranny? I've always liked the Altima, but the '07 is killer!

Well I snagged a Maxima template I found. And other than changing the front nameplate, and removing the sponsor I havent been able to do much more.

My SE is the 3.5, and I sprang for the CVT "auto" and the sports package. I drive through heavy city traffic daily and the manual would have killed me.
