2010 ARCA Windshield Banner Update

Hey guys, I figured that someone would've made this by now, but since nobody has, I decided to make my own version. It's not great, but it's better than running a RE/MAX logo on the windshield. This update does not require any template updates like my older Nationwide banner, so it will work on every car. Just a reminder, this is for the MasGrafx ARCA mod.
