2010 Nationwide 08/GNS07 Templates?

Does anyone know where I can find 2010 templates for the old SS.net Nationwide mod?

Since the SS.net & Bullring temps are essentially the same, is there any reason that the 2010 parts from Bullring couldn't be imported onto an old SS.net temp? Seems like it would be easy enough to me. Wouldn't it just be parts & shading?
Mind you, I'm thinking that these would have to be for your own personal use and that you wouldn't/shouldn't make them available for download.

He's talking about the SS.Net Nationwide COY mod, not the COT.
