It is for the original cup car template that comes with the game.COY stands for Car of Yesterday,hope this helps!

I have tried 5 times to d/l the carset, each time it stops at 33.1 mbs of 88 mb. Anyone else having problems d/ling ?

I just tried it and it works for me............I don't know why you're having problems,just keep trying or post on the forum there about your issue.Could be that the server is busy with lots of people trying to get it at the same time you are maybe.

nope still does not work, I got 29.3 MB's this time

WEll, does not d/l...............

Tried 5 times, look at the attached picture for proof.

1. DNS connection was reset 3 times.

2. Nothing else d/ling

3. Killed all background programs

4. Went and d/l'd 2 other files from different sites, one being 214mb - got it np

So, it seems that there is a server issue or a file issue on your end. Would be nice to get the full set and try it out.
