The construction crew at the speedway had to repair the asphalt where Montoya had his freak accident with the jet dryer. I refer to that patch of track as "Juansphalt". I saw that phrase on one of the chatrooms for NASCAR streams, I had to share it with you guys. Lol.

I learned a few days ago I had the chance to attend this race on walmarts dollar as a part of our 2012 "Race Time Sale Strategy". While I wont be going to daytona I have already penciled myself in for bristol and Talladega.

I've gone to the 2009 Daytona 500, and anytime some one gets the opportunity to go to Daytona... you will be blown away!

Also with Bristol, there is (basically) no bad seat in the house... it's just that it is SUPER loud XD

Due to the fact that I live in California, I've never gone to a race...

But I'm probably going to the Indycar season finale at California later this year. They're offering two tickets, two pit passes, and two radios for 89 dollars. A steal, in my opinion.

Never been to Daytona, but I should be at the second Pocono race!

Speaking of this weekend, both races should be awesome. Nationwide has a good package, pack racing with tandeming at points in the race. Cup racing itself has been great, but the finishes have been "meh". I hope this one changes that.

Hopefully I can go too! I went to the first one this year, it was great.

As for Daytona, I'd love to make the trip someday.
