I would but I'm not sure if EPD would want me to. You may want to ask over at EPD if they were going to post it as a carset since that's what they did at the end of last year and they were planning on doing it this year.
DAP is a great tool for faster and easier downloading of files. Once downloaded you should be able to right-click "Download with DAP" for all the files (that's what I do).
