Fitting that Chris Buescher is in the 16 given his history of trying to ruin plate races in ARCA.

Im referring to him riding 2nd and never attempting a move for the last 15 or so laps of the ARCA race a few years ago, and him trying to get in the way of the lead lap cars this year at Daytona.
