I thought you couldn't run outdated cars in NNS like back in the old days when Pontiac left but teams still used them

They will probably give them a grace period because they are underfunded teams. PLUS, if it is like the Sprint Cup teams, the nose pieces are made by a supplier so the smaller teams probably won't get theirs until later in the season.
