Looks like we will have a good rookie battle in the cup series finally.

    Kyle Larson at Ganassi
    Austin Dillion at RCR
Justin Allgaier POSSIBLY in the 51 with Steve Addington as a crew chief.
Michael Annett was just announced to be going to Tommy Baldwins cup team.

This is a refreshing influx of talent that we haven't seen in awhile.

I'd been thinking about that. I think its possibly the best rookie class since 2006.

About time! I miss the days where the rookie of the year battle was worth mentioning.

I think it will come down to Larson and Dillion, it actually has a chance to be a year with an exciting rookie battle this year. I think Allgaier and Annett are good drivers they just don't have the equipment to contend with them. And on that note about Annett...

I'm not so sure about that move, personally I would have stuck with RPM in the Nationwide or tried to find another quality ride in that series. I think he has potential I just don't want to see it go to waste running 25th every week with TBR, unless they form a stronger alliance with RCR.

And also don't forget, whoever gets a ride in the 30 car will also most likely be a rookie driver. Possibly Parker Kligerman or Cole Whitt.

I'll bet Whitt gets the 30 ride, and Austin wins ROTY.

I see Dillon winning the ROTY, and Whitt in the 30. Kligerman needs another full year of nationwide before moving up full time, and possibly a nationwide win.

It's good that there could be five rookies but I'm sure it will come down to Larson and Dillion. I really hope Larson gets it!

Idk why but for some reason I see Kligerman going to Roush in the #60...again don't know why but I think he would be a good fit there.

The Roush nationwide 60 team has always been my favorite, I really hope they can get Parker in. He does seem like a good fit, also Ross Chastain would be a great move.

It will come down to Larson and Dillon. Being part of the next generation of fans, I don't know who to root for, but will probably root for the "Rich Kid" Austin Dillon. I have just followed him more than Larson. Then again, I only take notice once they are in trucks, not at the Dirt's and minor leagues. (I did know of Darrel "Bubba" Wallace from speeds coverage of K&N races) Next year should be the best yet!
