The download link doesn't work because the APRS site is currently down for maintenance. I would suggest sending Little E Fan a PM asking him if he could send the car set to you via e-mail.

Sorry about this, as I forgot to post it in this thread as well lol. Our site got attacked and had malware planted in the downloads, so to avoid anyone's computers getting infected after the attack, we shut the site down. We might get a new one going some day soon, but for now everything from APT and Studio Speed will be available at the two links below.
