They pulled the Kurt Busch decals off the car for the 500.

And those monster decals probably won't be on the car come Atlanta. Also, would like to see if some of those sponsors jump off the car, just because of the ties with Busch, I doubt it, but it is a possibility.

I think State Water Heaters was the only other external sponsorship besides Monster, but I could be wrong. Interesting to see if they drop involvement.

I wouldn't think so. They've been with Haas for a while, even since before Tony was involved in the team. I'd imagine they would be fine with whoever drove the car. They've been with Riggs, Newman, Kurt, and now would be Smith, a very wide range of personalities. A very soft spoken guy, a nerdy guy, a hothead, and now sort of an average guy, and they've been fine with all of it. So I think they'll be okay, they're only doing one race right now anyway (I think the price is getting to be too much for them, they used to do 18 or so races)

I noticed in practice the OUTLAW logo was gone. Probably for the best. Plus who ever even called him that? Haha.

He removed it after he came back from suspension so that it wouldn't stir up any controversy. And I'm not sure how often people use that nickname or not but I've seen it on Twitter plenty

I absolutely love these! Awesome.

I hope this throwback thing at Darlington will be a yearly trend.

Cool throwback! That was the original scheme for Haas CNC Racing in 2002 with Jack Sprague and 2003 with David Green. Fourteen years and two championships later, it's a cool look back.

You can't go wrong with a throwback. Can't wait for that Darlington race.
