No. The #98 team is Biagi-Denbeste Racing, but they do have a partnership with RPM

Biagi-DenBeste Racing. They run part-time with several Ford drivers including David Ragan. They have a driver development contract with RPM to field cars for LaJoie, Almirola, and Hornish. They have been around for a good while as a low-key operation, and they disappeared from 2007-2011 due to lack of sponsorship. They have 1 win, with Mike Wallace at Daytona in July 2004.
