That's sleek. Was it ever mentioned who was racing anything else for SHR's Xfinity team?
other than Custer in *00 full time - no
Still irks the crap out of me that the other cars front ends are formed to match their real life counterparts, but ford is still using the same front end from the original Mustang.
Seriously. How many years now have we endured that god awful grill-over-the-bumper crap?
I think the reason behind is that they would need to work on making parts that NASCAR must approve in order to be "equal" to the other manufacturers in the Xfinity series. Cup has been since the introduction to the Gen 6 has been about the identity of the manufacturers so the parts just need to be roughly close. Xfinity is supposed to be pretty close with no advantage between the cars(that is a lie lol) and since Ford already has worked with the nose for so long before they just keep it. It has looked awful since 2015 and it still looks like crap.
Nice to see the design finish in some way, even if it still doesn't go to the rear. Better than just abruptly ending like some cars
Short video (shows off firesuit):
Hope to see that car in victory lane at all four races.
Scheme looks great. Not enthused about Harvick running the NXS races but it's at least understandable given that SHR is new to the NXS.
I like the look, even though I associated it with Papa Johns at first glance.
I don't really have a problem with this considering Kevin's been in the Xfinity Series for years with JR Motorsports. Only now he has a new ride with his actual Cup team. Cool.
I'm like 90% sure that first render is an NR2003 model
It's not. It's more than likely the 3D Autosports model.
honestly I don't like it I feel last year was better.
This, this and this.
Oh, it will be their 7th season with still that nose.
