I have a question.
Why some cars are in DODGE CHARGER model and not AVENGER?

And would like to know if anyone can help me transform my car in a COT.

The reason why some cars are Dodge Chargers is because the Charger is the model that Dodge is using in NASCAR this season.

As far as wanting to put your paint scheme on a COT, you would basically have to repaint your entire scheme onto a COT template because as far as I know, there's no way to directly transfer paint schemes from the regular Cup body to a COT body.
