If you don't like it, then why post it?
Logos are fine, just shrink the Rheem one.
As for the base...well...I think you may want to re-work that. Simple bases are fine as long as they effectively show off the sponsor. With Under Armour, they're kind of an edgy, balls-to-the-wall type of company, so you may want to try to capture that in the scheme.

That's pretty sweet, but I agree with Chevellion about the base. Just doesn't really go with the sponsor.
