I downloaded AVG antivirus last night and ran a full scan as my computer was acting slow lately(I use Avast usually). Well, as it turns out, it would this program called Antivirus System Pro and I figured it was some antivirus program. WRONG! This program IS A VIRUS! It's blocking Malwarebyte's from installing which is basically the only program that can remove it. Here's a thing about it:

Remove Antivirus System Pro (Uninstall Guide)

Beware because this so called Antivirus program will slowly but surely take over your computer.

EDIT: Malwarebyte's will remove this program but you must open it through Start. The virus will block the desktop icon.

Yeah it was a bitch to remove. I had to stop it from running so I could remove it. The exe file that was running was called dmyhsysguard.exe

Just a suggestion, I have a antivirus program called NORTON System Works and it is great, I haven't gotton viruses in years, it does cool things like,

-scan files for viruses as you are downloading them and if a virus is found, it automatically stops the download and deletes the parts that have already been download

-does automatic full system scans in the background that don't take much memory

-has a SUPER STRONG firewall

Also it automatically updates its virus definitions for FREE every so often,

You can usually find NORTON at places like Staples, Office Depot, Office Max, COMP-USA, and sometimes WAL-MART and Target.

It can be expensive sometimes but believe me it will pay for itself in so many ways and you will avoid a TON of headaches

I haven't seen that virus, but I do get this warning every time I use the forums search option on NNR. IDK if its a false warning or an actual virus to worry about, but Kaspersky Anti-Virus blocks it every time so I'm safe, but just a word of warning to none Kaspersky users. To my knowledge, this is the only time I have ever had virus trouble with NNRacing.

I got this virus. I used Avast, AVG, Malwarebytes, Super anti spyware and Spybot Search & Destroy, none of them worked unfortunately.

also, this bogus anti spyware program also runs under other names such as USAntivirus and Total Security.

You Have Norton Systems works or Norton Internet Security

No Virus program will stop every virus in the world

And before we going down the path of stateing which program is better

The normal tag that goes with any chat about a virus program goes like this

You can put 20 tech in a room and you will have 20 different answer as to which is the best program

I had this last week. Real pain in the ass. First it says "you have a virus!" which they put there then they want you to pay them $35 to take it off your computer. If that isn't extortion I don't know what is.

Norton Internet Security.

Norton Internet Security should of stop the site from load if found the the virus. I take it you have an update version 2009- 2010

Solution, dont go to nnracing.com

Not going is one solution to nnracing

If you have to go to nnracing

Run quick scan of your virus program, which would normally find the virus before it can take
hold

That is a cheap price I was one that want $100 to kill the virus plus $ 100 for the next 12 months to keep your system clean

To me you can call it what you like to me that is blackmail
