AA is not working, jagged lines in NR2003 and blurry textures

I have a rather high end computer and NR2003 used to run great. But for whatever reason I ran the NR Graphics Tweaker and my graphics look awful. All the lines are very pixelated and there is no AA blur at all. How can I fix this?

Check your Virtual Memory settings . What Operating System are you using ?

Im running XP SP3, also this all started as soon as I installed the BR2011 mod

You have a conflict of statements going here.
Your problems either arose after you 'ran the NR Graphics Tweaker and my graphics look awful' or 'this all started as soon as I installed the BR2011 mod'. I seriously doubt that it's both.
Care to elaborate?

Or, as one of my all time favorite mechanics used to ask, 'What was the last thing you did'?

Hey guys, I got it squared away, thanks for the help. Basically my textures were fuzzy and I didn't have AA working, but I got them both fixed, now NR2003 is looking pretty good again (for a 8 year old sim!)
