I'm very sorry, I just got NR2003 and trying to install the COT carsets. There's no README files teaching me how to do it. From common sense I made a folder inside of Series that says "COT" then "cars" inside there. I dumped the cup.car files in there. I can choose it in a series menu in the game but the cars do not show up and the game crashes if I was to click Paint Shop or anything.
What step have I missed? I'm positive this has been mentioned before but I just spent and half an hour looking for a resolution and never found this question. If some has a link to where I can fix this, that's all I need.
Again, I apologize for this! I'm sure this is an annoying question. I'm just really excited to finally play this game with my new steering wheel!!
EDIT: Is this because I don't have the patch/mod available at SS that I've been reading about? I only downloaded the carset. I really want access to SS but I haven't been activated. Anyone know the usual waiting time?
