So, I was wondering how one administers online races. Is there a command console style interface to kick/ban/change stats of players in a race? I see lots of online leagues that have extensive rules and penalties but I'm not really sure how to administer those myself. For example, if I wanted to give some one a "Lucky Dog" or put them to the tail end of the longest line, or even just black flag them, how would I do that? Thanks.

Go to your main N2003 folder and there is a file in there called server. Will open with notepad and has all the commands listed

Thanks Redline, that's perfect. Although, how do some of the guys enter that stuff in mid race? I guess they just get good at it. Or have a moderator standing by and not racing.
