I didn't see a thread for this, and I thought it'd be cool, so here it is...

What are some of your favorite NASCAR races ever? Last October's Talladega race is one of my all-time favorites. I also like the Atlanta truck race Bobby Hamilton won in 2004. Some others: 2007 UAW-Dodge 500, 2001 Food City 500, 2000 Talladega 500, and the last race at North Wilkesboro.

You'd have to be insane to leave the 2007 Daytona 500 off that list. a really good race and the best finish in recent memory, if not nascar history.

One that takes the cake would be the 2001 spring Talladega race. Amazing, amazing race with a great finish as well and a great guy winning.

^One that I would very much like to forget.

Well... 2001 spring Talladega race, 2002 Daytona 500, 2003 Truck race at Daytona, 2003 Darlington, 2011 Southern 500.

There are too many. Every season has multiple memorable races. So far the best races this season have been the 500, Martinsville, Darlington, and Charlotte.

Here are a few:

1992 Hooters 500
1996 Tyson Holly Farms 400
1998 Daytona 500
1998 Las vegas 400
1999 NAPA 500

There are definitely others, but these are just off the top of my head.

Too many to count. I'm gonna say every race this season has been damn good.
But my all time favorite race would be either the '97 Brickyard 400, '98 NAPA Autocare 500, or '02 SaveMart 350. Look who won those races :D
Any crown jewel race has a special place in my heart.
I'd make a better list right now if I had time :p

Dale Sr's last win at Dega in the Winston 500. How about the 1999 Winston 500 Dale beating DJ at Dega. And the Pepsi 400, the first race since Sr's death.
