Still working on the numbers a bit, trying to get them right is interesting... c.c

As far as the numbers go...the easiest way to get them right would probably be to just trace them off of this image using the pen tool (Assuming you're using Photoshop):

My observations...
The four isn't a serifed font (as you have it), it is a standard sans-serif with a 'notch' cut into it.
The 'notch' you have in the 5 appears to be too big.
