I know i need to work on the back a little and the hood but otherwise pretty good car

I like this scheme. Few pointers, might want the make the number a little bit fatter. And also I would put a black outline around Halvoline so that it stands out more. Good start, add some contigs and do those few changes and it will be a nice car.

Yeah, I agree with Taz. This has a potential to be a really good car. The only thing I would change is the numbers.

To be completely honest, this car needs a lot of work.

-Numbers need to be bolder
-Fenders need to be aligned
-The green around the cowl blackout needs to be removed; wrap the green around the roof pylons
-Havoline logo needs an outline
-Remove one of the rear cameras

I'd really suggest working on the car some more before posting it again.
